Fees
Payment and fees are due at the time of the appointment. Standard appointments are $265.
Rebates
Medicare Rebate
Medicare rebates of $149.05 per session are available for up to 10 sessions each year with a General Practitioner (GP) or Psychiatrist referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). Full payment is due at the time of the appointment with the Medicare rebate deposited into your nominated bank account.
Cancellation Policy
We respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand that ours is too. With session times in high demand, we require at least 48 business hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or the cancellation fee may be incurred.
We welcome Telehealth sessions as an alternative should you be unable to attend in person.
Third Party Funders
We are registered with the NDIS and accept plan, self-managed, and NDIA-managed referrals. We also accept DVA referrals.
Private Health Rebates
You may be eligible for a partial reimbursement for psychology fees through your private health fund. Please contact your health fund directly for further information.
Please note that you are not able to claim for private health insurance rebates if you are already accessing Medicare rebates for your session.
