Cancellation Policy
We respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand that ours is too. With session times in high demand, we require at least 24 business hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or the full fee may be incurred.
We welcome Telehealth sessions as an alternative should you be unable to attend in person.
Medicare Rebate
For Australian clients, Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 sessions each year with a General Practitioner (GP) or Psychiatrist referral and a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). Medicare rebates are also available for Telehealth consultations.
Private Health Rebates
You may be eligible for a partial reimbursement for psychology fees through your private health fund. Please contact your health fund directly for further information.
Please note that you are not able to claim for private health insurance rebates if you are already accessing Medicare rebates for your session.
